上海民办铭远双语高级中学采取“4+1”模式全面辅导学生。“4”指每位学生由四位不同岗位老师负责，其中，学业指导老师负责指导学生学习态度，培养学生自学能力;心理老师负责引导学生心理健康发展;生活指导老师负责学生日常生活，包括教导学生生活技能，劳动技能，此外，学校每学期开展美化宿舍评比活动;升学指导老师负责对每位学生提供升学方案和建议。“1”是指班主任。班主任负责对学生三年的学习、生活和成长分别进行全过程的专业指导、生活助导和成长引导，班主任的设立有效实现师生互动、家校互动、全程服务、跟踪管理。班主任同时负责组织学校各类活动，为每位学生制作个人档案记录，做到对学生的学习、生活和社会实践全面关心。

Such targeted solutions encourage students to be active learners in interactive settings thus enhancing the efficiency of teaching.
