从无锡协和国际高中(http://www.51guoji.com/xhsygj/)获悉：4月29、30号，我校带领16位学生前往上海华东师范大学参加了第四届亚太地区中英双语节。在最美好的四月天里，美丽的华师大校园迎来了来自上海、香港以及北京的12所学校，两百多位参赛学生。协和教育集团总校长卢慧文女士在开幕式上致开幕辞，向同学们介绍了双语的意义。
On 2930 April 16 WUIS students went to East China Normal University
in Shanghai for participating the 4th Asia Pacific Bilingual Festival. In this beautiful spring season the campus warm welcomed over 200 students of 12 different schools from ShanghaiHongkongBeijing and Wuxi. Xiehe Education Group pricipal Mrs. Lu did the opening ceremory speech and explained the meaning of bilingual.
朝气蓬勃、热情洋溢的同学们为大家呈现了一场高水平的双语朗诵、双语演讲、双语故事和双语辩论比赛。
经过激烈角逐，我校有7位学生进入总决赛，其中来自七年级的薛予琪表现出色，在双语朗诵低年龄段斩获嘉奖，来自九年级的黄佳鹏和汤欣雨两位同学同样越战越勇，在高手如云的高年龄段朗诵组携手冲进前五，为学校赢得佳誉。
我校代表队也经过参赛选手的共同努力，闯进八强，取得团体第六名的好成绩。
The energizedpassionate participants showed us a high level bilingual readingbiligual speech and biligual debate banquet.
WUIS students went through the serious competetion. 7 WUIS students enter ed the final. Grade 7 Angel Xue did excellent job and won medal from the lower age match. Grade 9 Steven Huang and Cathy Tang fought for greater and greater. They won the 5th place in higher age reading match. The WUIS team cooperated well and entered the top 8 fianlly won 6th place.
第四届双语节成功落幕，同学们学习双语的热情再一次被点燃，大家将会带着这份热情，开启新的学习之路，期待同学们未来在双语的世界里，展翅高飞！
The 4th Biligual Festival ended successfully. The passion of learning biligual being has been lit up again. All the students will bring this passion with their jouney to the future biligual world and soar!
